The process
From first call to final delivery
Share your project
Send sketches, photos, existing plans, or a short description. The more you share, the tighter the quote.
Scope & flat-fee quote
We define a clear scope and a fixed price before the project starts.
Kickoff & information
We confirm details, gather measurements/existing documents, and (for commercial/as-builts) schedule 3D laser scanning if needed.
Design & drafting
We draw the set, plus the BIM model if it's in scope, and check in as we go.
Review & revisions
You review the set, and we revise it within the agreed scope.
Delivery
The PDF set, with editable CAD files and BIM models on request, prepared to your agreed scope.
What we need from you
Existing plans or measurements (if available) · photos of the space · your goals and must-haves · site details · your timeline.
Timelines
Timing depends on the size and scope of the project and how quickly information and reviews come back. We give you an estimated timeframe and keep you posted as the work moves.
Revisions
Your proposal states how many revision rounds are included. Changes beyond that, or added scope, are quoted separately.
