Kickoff & information
We confirm details, gather measurements/existing documents, and (for commercial/as-builts) schedule 3D laser scanning if needed.
Design & drafting
Our team produces your drawings and BIM models in the latest architectural software, with check-ins along the way.
Review & revisions
You review the set; we make revisions within the agreed scope.
Delivery
PDFs and editable CAD files (BIM on request), prepared to your agreed scope and formatted for your team's permit submittal.

Timelines
Timelines vary by project size, scope, and how quickly information and reviews come back. We give you an estimated schedule with your quote and keep you updated.
Revisions
Your scope includes a defined set of revisions. Additional changes or expanded scope are quoted separately.
