Tenant Improvement (TI) Plans
Space planning and drafting for interior buildouts and reconfigurations — layouts and documentation your team needs to move a TI forward.

Drafting & BIM Modeling
CAD drafting and BIM modeling — from redlines and markups to fully coordinated model deliverables your consultants can work from.
Deliverables: CAD/DWG, BIM models, PDF sheets.
Permit-Set Drawing Support
We prepare drawing sets within our scope, formatted for your team's submittal to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). As part of your project, we help address AHJ comments that relate to our drawings.
Consultant Coordination
We coordinate with — and can help facilitate quotes from — other disciplines (structural, MEP, and similar) so your set comes together with no delay.
We provide building design, drafting, and BIM modeling. When your project needs stamped engineering, we coordinate with the licensed engineers who provide it, and we deliver a set formatted for your team's submittal — including help addressing AHJ comments on our drawings.
