Permit-Set Drawing Support
We prepare drawing sets within our scope, formatted for your team's submittal to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). As part of your project, we help address AHJ comments that relate to our drawings.
Discipline Coordination Support
We coordinate with — and can help facilitate quotes from — other disciplines (structural, MEP, and similar) so your set comes together, while those professionals provide and stamp their own work.
We provide building design, drafting, and BIM modeling. When your project needs stamped engineering, we coordinate with the licensed engineers who provide it, and we deliver a set formatted for your team's submittal — including help addressing AHJ comments on our drawings.
